BIG GENUINE THANKYOU to Christine and Julia. My Stepdad had a dilemma with a tight ring that he'd had on his finger for weeks and we didn't know what to do. Upon explaining this to Christine she promptly offered to help get the ring off with a ring cutter. It was very much appreciated and they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.
